Arrival: We arrived mid – Morning (10am) as soon as we stepped out the porters came out and took our luggage’s in a Bolero Luggage Cart they said they will take it straight to our room but we had to count the how there were (different country so you don’t what might happen – stories I have heard) we were happy with that. The entrance was a bit small - one double entrance but its right next to the metro bridge.
The as soon as you enter the lobby first thing you see is a big massive chandelier and some seats for you to seat. It’s bright and spacious. (Oh it had aircon the heat did get to us!) .

Checking in: prior to our arrival we rang the hotel we asked for early check in, they explained it will be sorted, however the staff person who handled the check in was extremely courteous, polite but kept us waiting for almost over an hour for room and we were hungry but despite a request for early check in and the fact we got the room around 1pm.
Whilst we were waiting the breakfast hours was over so we had to get our own breakfast – however the location was amazing for us as there are great food outlets just outside the hotel –Burger King (literally next door – burger king for breakfast ) Pizza hut, McDonald’s, subway and few Dubai restaurant’s after breakfast came back to the hotel.

They had a Concierge service, Luggage storage, Ticket service and the Tour desk (had many thing to offer and we did use few things we booked), Currency exchange and 24-hour front desk.
The room was ready for us and we got our room keys had to ask for the Wi-Fi they said it was a charge we then explained the website had said free (after all the hassle) we were shown to our rooms and the luggage’s was in the room the porter was happy (gave a small tip).

The Room: We had three beautiful rooms (can’t remember the room number). The rooms were spacious, clean, tastefully decorated well-lit and had the most spectacular views and we arrived in the room it already had complimentary bottles of water and coffee/tea maker (we had our own teabags) a nightly turndown service is provided and housekeeping is offered on a daily basis. Had two single beds (including extra bed small bed) – this big enough for us. .
In each of the room there were En-suite bathroom (we had both shower and a bath – however one of the room only had bath) Seating area, TV. A Hairdryer, Tea and coffee-making facilities, In-room safe and 24-hour room service. Minibar – each room had few drinks and water (they were not free), Bathrobes, towels and slippers.

Beds: we all had single bed each - they were comfortable bed – if you need extra pillows just ring downstairs and ask (we didn’t need to) the bed felt bit bigger than a single bed – more like double.
The bathroom: Rooms- super spacious rooms with awesome showers (apart from one) and bathtubs. Very clean and luxurious, one of the bathroom had wooden windows by the bathtub opening into the bedroom. You could admire the view while soaking in the bathtub if you so desire and you were also were provided with the toiletries. (we took some home)
Cleaning: Every morning the cleaners clean the room with fresh bedsheets, new towels and replenish the items.

The view: looking over the splendid views of Dubai, overlooking Sheikh Zayed Road, Zabeel Palace, Dubai Creek and Jumeirah beach. We could also see the far view of the palm. Each room had three different views from the room – like a full view of the room.
There was no balcony in the room – for me it was good there wasn’t as we were high enough, although you can see full view of the roads and train but the room’s had soundproof so you can sleep soundly.
Although some may not facing be financial district with its magnificent skyscrapers, the view was still breath-taking. I could see the low-rise buildings and the surrounding sand/terrain, a whole landscape of gold. The room my family members had had a good view of the skyscrapers and two main roads, the palm, and needless to say, the view was even better.

Space: There was full cupboard with some hangers, a safety box, Dry Cleaning and Laundry bag and a list to put your dirty clothes although this was extra charge, there was a desk with a telephone like I said before it’s great if you come to do some work with a view (amazing). Just like the standard you get in any hotel, like there was space for tea/coffee service for you to use.
Spa/ Pool/Fitness Centre: this was an outdoor rooftop pool, the infinity pool of the hotel is fantastic it was quite because as this was a new hotel we couldn’t use the full facilities. The pool was warm and we had it to ourselves which was excellent for us as for our use of privacy. They had Pool sun loungers, Pool umbrellas in the rooftop terrace. They had full-service spa has 2 treatment rooms, including rooms for couples. Services include facials, body treatments and manicures and pedicures. A variety of treatment therapies are provided, including aromatherapy and Ayurvedic. The spa is equipped with a sauna. Their massage service was really good shame we didn’t get the time to do another.
Restaurant: We booked half board so we had breakfast and lunch or dinner, their vast of international buffet breakfast they are halal. From fresh orange juices so you had loads to choose the range is huge, from Continental to Mediterranean and Indian. And the best part is they keep changing some of their spread so you do not get bored with the same food every day! Food was delicious and tasty and he décor on Fridays is so nostalgic Indian.
Entertainment: As this was a business centre and a new hotel – they did not offer any entertainment.
